At New Energy Solutions (NES), we believe great service starts with great people – and it doesn’t get much better than a team with over 75 years of combined experience in plumbing, heating, and cooling.
Founded in 2009 by Craig Herrick, Chris Cote, and Bruce Wood, New Energy Solutions was built on a simple principle: do the kind of work you’d want done in your own home. While Craig has since retired, Chris and Bruce are still active owners. In fact, you’ll typically find one of them on-site, doing the work themselves right alongside our licensed technicians.
That’s part of what sets us apart. We’re not just managing from the truck – we’re in the field, solving problems and making sure every job is done right – the first time. Whether it’s a simple repair or a full system install, you’ll know that experienced, licensed professionals are on the job.
Besides owners Chris and Bruce, our close-knit team includes three highly skilled, cross-trained technicians and Michelle – our friendly and efficient office manager (and Chris’s sister). Together, we deliver the kind of responsive, knowledgeable, and high-quality service that earns lifelong customers. We know this because almost all of our work is referral business!
We take pride in using equipment from the same trusted manufacturers we’d choose for our own homes. And because we install it, we also service it – making things easier and more seamless when it’s time for maintenance or repair.
NES has been serving residential and commercial clients across York, Cumberland counties for over 16 years, and continues to grow thanks to word of mouth, happy customers, and a reputation for doing things the right way.
